Responsibilities will include:
· Interact
with client to review and analyze requirement including user
requirement, use cases and Functional specifications.
· Create system design documentation
including data flow diagramsSupport of existing applications.
· Work with Product Management to come up with
innovative solutions to key problems in carrier networks. This includes
new products as well as innovative capabilities on existing products.
· Work with cross functional groups, such
as QA, Technical Publications, Technical Support to drive product
quality, customer satisfaction, and demanding release schedules.
· Design system modules; develop code in C and C++
for Multiprocessing/Multithreaded network protocols and applications in
Linux and Unix environment.
· Conduct functional testing of the system to
validate system requirements by writing test cases/ test scenarios and
test plan (perform test automation if required).
·
Develop
documentation at each stage of the system development. Work with
documentation groups, provide necessary information time to time and
review the documentation to meet the expected technical details and
quality.
·
Work on CVS to
maintain revision history of the code and documentation. Maintain code
revisions, tagging and branching as necessary.
·
Work with client
on new feature development, fix bugs on existing software, provide
onsite and offsite support as needed
·
Prepare
releases to customers including release packaging, documentation and
delivery.

Duties include website design, graphic design, logo design and updating existing websites.
· Flash
Designing duties include working on our Flash Design team to develop
Flash elements for our custom website customers nationwide.
· Gather
business requirements from the user committee and convert these into
technical and functional specifications.
· Design the
test cases and execute those in order to test the efficiency of
the application. Debug and fix the program errors from the system.
· Document the
business requirements and design manual for the entire software project
development cycle.
· Coordinate
software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to
ensure specifications are met.
· The candidate should have good knowledge on Video technologies

1. Interact with client to review and analyze requirement including user requirement, use cases and functional specifications.

3. Create prototype using screen mockups (using MS Visio) to define system flow.
4. Develop/code system modules; define coding structure and standards, conduct unit and integration testing.
5. Conduct functional testing of the system to validate system requirements by writing test cases/ test scenarios and test plan
(perform test automation if required).
Technical Skills Needed:
· Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
· Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
· Understands how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
· Language & Tools: VB 6.0, HTML.
· Microsoft Office.
· Good Documentation Skills.
